Description

Blue Health is seeking a flexible Part-Time Pathologist to provide ongoing vacation coverage for a well-supported, two-physician pathology practice at Wellington Regional Medical Center. This is an ideal opportunity for a local physician seeking a low-commitment, consistent schedule without weekend or call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret routine pathology cases across a broad range of specimens
Maintain timely and accurate documentation using Cerner EMR
Collaborate closely with 2 full-time pathologists and 1 pathology assistant
Ensure compliance with all quality and safety standards
Work onsite Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM during assigned weeks

Requirements

Board-certified or board-eligible in Pathology
Active Florida Medical License (clear and unrestricted)
Strong independent diagnostic skills with a team-oriented mindset
Local candidates only – housing and travel are not provided
