We are seeking an experienced and skilled Interventional Radiologist to join our dynamic healthcare team in Wellington, FL. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in performing minimally invasive procedures using advanced imaging guidance. The position requires both onsite work and call responsibilities, providing a balanced schedule that promotes work-life harmony.

Key Responsibilities

Perform a broad range of interventional procedures, including angioplasty, stenting, biopsies, drainages, and tumor ablations.
Utilize imaging modalities such as fluoroscopy, ultrasound, CT, and MRI for accurate procedural guidance.
Collaborate with referring physicians and specialists to develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
Provide clear explanations of procedures to patients, ensuring informed consent and addressing concerns.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Mentor and train residents and junior staff in interventional techniques and best practices.
Participate in departmental quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in interventional radiology through ongoing education and professional development.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Board Certified/Board Eligible in Radiology with fellowship training in Interventional Radiology
Proven expertise in performing a wide variety of interventional procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to patient-centered care
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Schedule:

In-House with Call
Two weeks on / two weeks off
Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with call from 5 PM - 8 AM
